Colerain Township Police responded after a report of a shooting at an apartment complex on Wednesday night.Hamilton County Dispatch said the call came in around 6:50 p.m. for a report of a man that had possibly been shot at the Woodmere Apartments on Round Top Road.At this time, police haven't confirmed if anyone was shot or the extent of injuries involved.Photos from the scene show a large police presence in the area, with officers investigating around the complex.WLWT spoke with a family who said they saw EMTs with bullet-proof vests respond and take one person out on a stretcher. Other families were concerned that the shooting happened with children nearby.”We didn’t even hear anything and everyone’s so well alert, but if you hear just a drop of something we’re all like you know, make sure that the kids are okay,” neighbor Strawbari Callahan said. “But we never hear nothing, nothing happens out here, nothing ever.”WLWT has reached out to Colerain Township Police for details on victims and suspects, but no further information has been released.
