Organized every 4 years, the Congrès international du colza (International Rapeseed Congress – IRC) is the unmissable event for the global rapeseed community. A true crossroads of exchange and innovation, the IRC promotes the emergence of new ideas, the sharing of knowledge and the development of lasting collaborations within a global network of experts. It also constitutes a unique platform for identifying new market opportunities and anticipating developments in the sector. It brings together researchers, professionals, industrialists, public decision-makers and economic players.
In Paris in 2027, rapeseed is at the heart of solutions to meet the challenges of climate change. Strategic crops for agroecological, food and energy transitions, they demonstrate their capacity to respond to the challenges of sustainability, sovereignty and innovation.
The program for the 2027 edition will combine high-level plenary conferences, thematic sessions, working groups and networking time. A technical visit organized ahead of the conference will allow participants to discover experimental platforms and production units illustrating the most recent advances in the sector.
The call for communication proposals is already open, registrations will open in July.
