JAIME Radio Talents in the spotlight on rue Paul Bert
This is the meeting not to be missed June 20. Six artists from JAIME Radio Talent Festivalwhich took place last February at the Océanis in Ploemeur, will go on scène rue Paul Bert à 18h précises. An eclectic and festive 44th edition
Beyond our scene, the entire city center of Lorient is transformed into scène géante this Saturday. From 2 p.m. to 1 a.m., around forty groups and solo artists invest six stage spaces : Glotin squares, Town Hall, Aristide Briand, Paul Bert, Péristyle and gardens of Villa La Frégate. Electro, folk, classical, rock, blues, hip-hop, jazz, traditional music: all styles find their place in this resolutely eclectic and oriented programming. amateur practices.
The Conservatory and the network of media libraries are also participating in the celebration. Moreover, Hydrophone accompanies its musicians on stage and the Breton federation Orient Country Agreement hosts a traditional fest-noz. Lorient restaurateurs and cafe owners also join the celebration by offering their own concerts throughout the evening.
What’s new for the 2026 edition
This year, several new features enrich the programming. Of the dance demonstrations enliven the four corners of the city center. A musical afternoon takes place in the gardens of the Villa La Frégate. The Lorient Pipe Band parades through the streets. A boom for young and old is also on the program.
