The third festive market in Dignac will be held this Saturday, June 6 on the Place des Lavandières, behind the medical office. Organized by the Dignac Entertainment Committee (CAD), this friendly event will once again combine music, gastronomy and local products.
The evening will begin at 5 p.m. with the Jumjums concert. These twin brothers offer a family show mixing songs, music, sketches and humor. On the program: revisited rock-style covers of the universe of Henri Dès as well as their own creations, in an interactive atmosphere intended for young people and adults alike.
From 6:30 p.m., time for the festive market, presented by host Guy. Throughout the evening, visitors will be able to enjoy the musical stroll of the Banda La Châtelaine de Rochechouart, a group of around twenty musicians who will bring their festive touch to the event. A makeup stand will also be offered to children.
Local producers of ducks, cooked cagouilles, black pork, honey, nuts, beers, wines, jams, ice creams and preserves will be present at this market during which everyone will be able to compose their own meal using products purchased from exhibitors. Barbecues will be made available with volunteers to ensure the grilling. The CAD will also offer fries, fried potatoes, a refreshment bar and bread baked in the old Beaulieu oven. A tivoli equipped with tables and chairs will allow you to share this friendly moment (remember to bring your cutlery).
At 9 p.m., the raffle draw will take place, with numerous prizes offered by producers and traders from Dignac and the surrounding area.
