“Civil war”, “predators”, “tomorrow they will return to your apartments”… Jordan Bardella launched into a virulent diatribe on Monday after the violence that occurred on Saturday evening during PSG’s victory in the Champions League, just like Éric Zemmour who called for “subduing the enemy within”.

“We clearly saw scenes of civil war,” judged the boss of the RN on BFMTV/RMC

“We destroy everything in its path, we break businesses, we break bus shelters, we burn cars and then we loot. I say to the French + wake up + because in a while, they will break the doors of buildings and they will enter your apartments”, thundered the boss of the RN in a long diatribe.

“Wake up because France is becoming a country where life and partying have become totally impossible. There is no longer a single demonstration (…) where we see predatory behavior reproducing,” he continued.

“There is no longer a single village where we are safe from violence. So this question will obviously be at the heart of the presidential campaign,” he assured.

The Minister of the Interior Laurent Nuñez announced Monday that there had been “more than 890 arrests on Saturday and Sunday in France, an increase of more than 45%” compared to the final of the 2025 Champions League.

For his part, the boss of Reconquête Éric Zemmour attributed this violence on Sud Radio to “Arab-Muslim youth from the suburbs who are sweeping into Paris”.

“We must subdue the internal enemy,” he said, judging that the ministers were “only controlling a horde of looters instead of really restoring order.”
