Stéphane Tapie Physically Assaults Fabien Lecoeuvre
There has been a heated dispute between Stéphane Tapie and Fabien Lecoeuvre.
Last Friday, on the set of “Tout beau tout neuf”,
Bernard Tapie’s son physically assaulted the commentator from Cyril Hanouna’s show during a commercial break. The press officer, who was the victim of a “brain trauma” and a “loss of consciousness”, was even hospitalized.
According to Public.fr, the sixty-year-old man suffered from “headaches” and “dizziness” after the attack.
This Monday, he was scheduled to undergo an MRI and see another doctor. According to his lawyer Stéphane Loisy, he has also decided to file a complaint.
In an interview with jeanmarcmorandini.com, Stéphane
Tapie discussed the altercation. “Lecoeuvre continued to provoke me during the break, and for me, speaking poorly of my family, especially the mother of my child, is unacceptable. So, I slapped him, that’s true, and if I had to do it again, I would. After that, he started acting by rolling on the floor, but honestly, it was just a slap. I protect my family. Violence is not right, it’s true, but at some point, you also have to protect your own,” he confided.
Fabien Lecoeuvre Under Fire from Anthony Delon
While this may be the first time Fabien Lecoeuvre has been the victim of an assault on a show’s set, it is not the first time he has faced anger from a celebrity. Just last year, Laurence Boccolini criticized the commentator in her book Showtime, souvenirs du chaos, published on April 2 by Kero editions.
It all seems to have started when the commentator claimed to have received an SMS from Anthony Delon, in which the latter mentioned organizing a symphonic concert in tribute to his father, Alain Delon. This information was quickly denied by the legendary actor’s son on social media. “I have never met Mr. Lecoeuvre. I do not send texts to people I do not know… Everyone should stay in their lane,” he stated.
After Alain Delon’s Son, Laurence Boccolini Speaks Out Again
Shortly after this incident,
the star presenter, who is battling a rare tumor, wrote: “What if I write my will?… It is absolutely necessary for me to clarify somewhere that I do not know Fabien Lecoeuvre, and vice versa. In case, after my passing, he is invited to CNEWS to talk about my life, know that he knows nothing. He cannot claim to know EVERYONE in this industry. He mainly knows the dead who cannot contradict him. I have already informed my friends about this. Maybe Wikipedia knows me better, even if it is full of errors.” This criticism certainly did not go unnoticed.
