The Dordogne artist has won numerous international awards, including several gold medals and a regional prize from the Center Pompidou. Member of the Taylor Foundation and academic officer of Mondial Art Academia (Canada), she benefits from strong media coverage in the United States with 11 publications between November 2023 and December 2024, including a selection in “The Artworldpost 2024”. It was featured on the front pages of theartworldpost.com and artmusexpress.com.

His works, exhibited in the United States, Switzerland, Italy, Russia, China and France, were acquired by the Departmental Fund for Contemporary Art (FDAC) Dordogne and are on permanent exhibition at the Museum of Art and Archeology of Périgord (Maap), at Périgueux. She is also the godmother of a student of the Ateliers nationaux des Gobelins – Mobilier national, who creates tapestries based on her work, notably the diptych “La Cité des chants de l’aurore” (160×210).

Former soprano

Former soprano soloist with the Orchester de Paris, Annie Sliwka has also completed international tours in Israel, the United States, Germany and Japan. She sang under the direction of Barenboim, Rostropovitch, Boulez and Ozawa, and alongside Jessye Norman.

Invited in 1998 to Japan for the Year of France, her exhibition at Sakurai was praised by Japanese lacquer masters. She was also the guest of Master Toshihiko Isa for exhibitions at the Metropolitan Art Museum in Kyoto and Tokyo.
