From June 4 to 7, the Sav’A Groover festival returns to vibrate the banks of the Save for a 17th edition which boasts a culture on a human scale, festive and deeply anchored in its territory. Organized by the GuitarEnSave association, the meeting continues its return to basics with local programming and a stated desire to bring life to the municipalities of Montaigut-sur-Save, Grenade and Saint-Paul-sur-Save.

Since 2009, the association has defended an accessible and human vision of culture, by offering concerts, shows and meetings in different places of life. Sav’A Groover is fully committed to this approach by favoring human-sized formats and regional artists from Haute-Garonne and Occitanie.

This year again, the heart of the festival will beat on the banks of the Save, in the center of the village of Montaigut-sur-Save. A choice made by the organizers in order to liven up the town, support local businesses and encourage gentle travel for festival-goers.

An inclusive festival

The 2026 program promises four eclectic and festive days. Thursday will open in Granada with an aperitif concert and the screening of the documentary Soul Kids at the Entract’.

Friday, time for mixed rhythms with Lasmala Banda and his explosive Latin fusion between cumbia, ska, salsa and reggae, followed by the afro-funk-electro groove of Gimmick Five Syndicate.

On Saturday, the Toulouse trio Odeza will combine jazz, rock fusion and world music before the swing flights of Octopussy and the Afro-Latin-Caribbean sounds of Tout Puissant.

Finally, Sunday will give pride of place to families with the Dedans-Dehors show by the Compagnie La Muse in Saint-Paul-sur-Save, before the joyful and quirky concert of the Orchester en Carton in Montaigut-sur-Save.

Beyond music, Sav’A Groover also affirms its civic commitments. “This 17th edition continues to follow our values, but also our desire for eco-responsibility and welcome. We are continuing our sustainable approach and integrating volunteers with disabilities into the team”, underlines Pierre Sabo, president of the GuitarEnSave association. A philosophy that makes the festival a committed cultural event, family-friendly and deeply anchored in its territory.
