Until July 1, 2026, Roubais residents are asked to choose the projects they wish to see come to fruition within the framework of the City’s Cultural Participatory Budget. A citizen approach that allows us to support initiatives imagined by and for residents.

This year, 20 projects are put to the vote. They all have one thing in common: bring culture to life in the heart of neighborhoods, encourage meetings and promote Roubaisian creativity.

Among the proposals include mosaic workshops to artistically repair the sidewalks, projects around the working and industrial memory of Roubaix, podcasts and collections of testimonies from residents, musical creations, participatory street art and even eco-responsible fashion shows.

Other initiatives highlight world cultures, intergenerational exchanges or even living together through cooking, photography, theater or comics.

Who can vote?

Any person aged at least 7 years old, residing, working or studying in Roubaix can participate in the vote, without nationality condition. Each participant can select three projects.

How to vote?

Voting is accessible online via the La Fabrique platform – ConsultVox as well as in several places in the city: neighborhood town halls, social centers, La Grand-Plage media library, Sévigné college (20 Rue Jules Deregnaucourt) or the Culture department (42 rue du Général Sarrail)
