The shows which will make up Rousset’s next cultural season were presented in the Salle Ventre by Norbert Bernard, municipal councilor responsible for culture. A prepared program “with great efficiency by the entire culture working group of the Rousset town hall“, greeted Philippe Pignon, the mayor of the town. With a choreography by Audrey, their classical and contemporary dance teacher at the Arcdanse dance school and musical accompaniment from the Giocoso Ensemble, a group of students put the audience in the mood. “Audrey was trained at the Maurice Béjart ballet in Lausanne, she’s a big name“, explained Norbert Bernard.

Last year we operated at a 97% attendance rate throughout the year. A figure which shows that decentralized culture and far from large regional metropolises corresponds to a need and an expectation, which must be created“, related the elected official. The cultural season of Rousset is placed this year under the sign of youth and comedy. Which will translate into “on the set with troupes of brilliant young actors“, espérait l’élu.

Great theater classics

I invite you to bring your children and grandchildren who tend not to come to the theater, at least in small towns like ours“, continued Norbert Bernard.
