A man has died after police said he was found shot multiple times following an altercation in Springdale Township on Wednesday. WATCH PREVIOUS VIDEO IN PLAYFINDER ABOVE Allegheny County police said at 5 p.m., they were notified of a shooting in the 200 block of School Street near Oaks Towing. When they arrived on the scene, they said a man was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died. Authorities said preliminary information showed a verbal argument escalated into a physical confrontation between two employees. During the physical altercation, the suspect shot the victim multiple times. One resident who lives around the corner told Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 reporter Felicity Taylor that she heard it all go down, but her view was blocked by an Oaks Towing truck”I was sitting here on my porch. They were arguing. Then they stopped arguing. The truck moved up. Then I all of a sudden, I heard five pops gunshots. Then I called 911. And then the cops came,” said Amanda Mattern. “I heard him say, help! Help me! Help me! Help me! Help me! And then that’s when I called the cops.” Police say all parties were identified and charges are pending. Mattern said she saw police put a man in cuffs in the back of a cruiser.
