On the occasion of the receipt of rental assistance for health professionals paid by the Community of Communes to the municipalities which ensure its distribution to the nearest cent, the mayor recalled the principle by detailing the allocation of 12 to 600 euros (depending on the surface area of the office and for the year) between the seven occupants of the Roquefort health center (one abstention).
Damage to street furniture
For damage to street furniture whose author, identified by video surveillance, was contacted by the gendarmerie, the town hall will receive 120 euros corresponding to the supply and replacement by the technical services of the overturned post. Then it was unanimously that the councilors authorized the mayor to go to court following the request to the administrative court of Pau by Eddy Gody (Café de la Paix) in order to cancel the building permit issued on February 16, 2026 for the benefit from XLÂ Habitat. Bertrand Pédelucq will therefore represent the municipality in defense, with the lawyer of his choice.
The mayor also informed that the building permit for the rugby stands and changing rooms was submitted at the end of April in order to be able to launch the search for subsidies essential to the completion of the project. He also invited people to go and encourage the football pennant team which will play the final of the Coupe des Landes Intersport Lasaosa on Saturday May 30, at 1 p.m., at the Argenté stadium, in Mont-de-Marsan.
