According to Bloomberg’s revelations, Washington is seeking to obtain a transfer of technology and access to intellectual property rights from Ukraine as part of a drone agreement.
The agreement has not yet been finalized, but discussions are increasing between Washington and kyiv. According to Bloomberg’s revelations, the American Department of Defense has requested to test a whole range of Ukrainian defense products as part of a possible purchase.
The United States is thus seeking to obtain a transfer of technology as part of an agreement on drones. In exchange, kyiv is seeking to obtain Patriot air defense systems and missiles.
“Strengthening the power of our armies”
At the beginning of the month, the United States sent kyiv a project requesting that tests be carried out on American territory on Ukrainian military equipment, with the prospect of contracts at stake.
