Simplify a complex organization and structure coherent action in a changing digital environment, serving the operational superiority of forces as well as the daily functioning of the ministry and its transformation.
The CND brings together in a single structure the 6,700 men and women, and the skills of:
La Direction générale du numérique,

The Defense Digital Agency.
The CND thus aims to provide France with an efficient, resilient, interoperable and data-centric digital defense system. Capable of meeting the most demanding challenges, it must also serve as a lever for daily efficiency. To achieve this, the CND aims to be strategic, attractive and daring to transform opportunities into concrete achievements.
