Nîmes Université is organizing the opening of the exhibition Atmosphères vivants by the contemporary Japanese artist Season Lao on Tuesday May 19 at the chapel on the Hoche site. Present during the evening, the artist will offer a performance created especially for this occasion. The exhibition will be accessible on May 13 and 15, then from May 18 to 21 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The event is part of the international conference Traces and Atmospheres of Disasters, organized on May 20 and 21. Researchers from France, Japan, Italy and Canada will question the notion of traces and the invisible atmospheres that shape the contemporary world.
