“Heritage and Culture” presents its new season

Saturday April 18, 2026, members of the association Heritage and Culture were able to meet in Autheuil (Orne) in the evening, for a friendly time around the assessment of the year 2025, the state of finances and projects for the current year.

The president, Benoît Pohu, looked back on the year 2025 and all of the association’s activities as « Le P’tit Festival d’Autheuil », « The Little Flames »as well as the concert in July. Everyone noted the dynamism of the association, but a question remains with the lack of volunteers and members while the association is recognized as dynamic in the region.

The treasurer returned to the finances of the association and shows a balance sheet. It should be noted the essential grant from the town hall, to the tune of €2,500 and a few donations, throughout the year, from loyal friends of the association.

New volunteers and members are welcome.

The next meetings

The next meetings are already set and some nice surprises are planned like “Pierres en lumiéres”, the 30 et 31 May 2026 with a visit to the church at 8:30 p.m., by torchlight and accompanied by Sophie Montagne Chambolle.

The office is made up of the president, Benoît Pohu, the vice-president, Emmanuel de Perthuis, the treasurer, Laurent Leprêtre, the assistant treasurer, Daniel Macaire and the secretary, position to be filled. The active members are Marie-Claude and Philippe André, Bruno Bernard, Elisabeth Borel, Manon Bourgerie, Gérard Devise, Sybil Rabut.
