Veronica Fusaro, first of all, belated happy birthday (born on April 23, 1997), how did you celebrate?
I had a relaxing day (laughs). I went to the spa, sauna, and then had dinner at my parents’ in Thun.
No outing with friends?
Yes, I also went out with them, we went to Bern, ate in a park. I needed to recharge and take a break.
Your career is well established in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and beyond. Why participate in Eurovision? Do you still have things to prove?
Definitely. I still have plenty to prove, as you say.
“I have a lot of dreams to fulfill and I see Eurovision as a platform, a kind of springboard”
What dreams do you have left?
So many! Big dreams, like touring different countries worldwide. I would love to perform at the Royal Albert Hall in London, for example. These are big dreams.
