Exclusive: The digital audio advertising platform Audion has just raised $15 million to structure the launch of its operations in the United States and accelerate the development of its proprietary technology, Audion AI.

With this new funding round, Audion aims to become an international leader in digital audio, building on its established positions in Europe – particularly in France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands – and its upcoming expansion in the United States.

As part of this, Audion co-founder Arthur Larrey will take on the role of leading Audion’s operations in the United States to structure its commercial and operational development there.

The company plans to recruit around ten expert profiles by the end of the year to support this strategic expansion.

Developing Audio AI:

In addition to expanding Audion in the United States, this fundraising round aims to accelerate the development of its AI around audio performance.

Since the beginning of 2026, the company has launched Audion AI, a suite of AI agents dedicated to audio performance, designed to automate and optimize large-scale campaigns and maximize the business impact of brands and media agencies.

Thanks to specialized AI agents, Audion AI allows for the qualification and activation of multimodal audiences, the generation of advertising spots via GenAI, and the continuous optimization of campaigns to maximize brand ROI.

Third Fundraising Round:

This fundraising round was carried out with Elevation Capital Partners, Founders Future, and Bpifrance, who are supporting Audion in this new phase of growth and internationalization.

Founded in 2018 by Arthur Larrey and Kamel El Hadef, Audion raised €1.1 million in 2019, followed by a second round of €6 million in 2022.

Audio currently serves over 1500 clients internationally.
