A new video published by Mediapart should complicate Patrick Sebastien’s defense. While the TV presenter is under preliminary investigation for indecent exposure following a controversial scene that occurred during a concert in July 2025 in Cap d’Agde, new images filmed during the show were published Saturday by the online media. These images seem to contradict the version put forward by the presenter.
In the video, as Patrick Sebastien, on stage, sings his song “Le Petit Bonhomme,” he tells the audience: “I might go down to have my little foam man touched,” while pointing to his groin. In the middle of the song, he goes down into the crowd of spectators, approaches a group of women, and asks them: “Who is touching my little foam man?”
A first woman touches his body from top to bottom. He then moves away for a few seconds, returns to her, and asks: “Again?” A second woman, who will later perform a sex act on him, then puts her hand on his groin. The singer then turns to her with a smile, stays there for a few moments, and is then seen from behind in the video.
The video’s author, a young spectator present with his 14-year-old brother, said he was particularly shocked by the scene. He believes that the singer’s attitude contributed to encouraging these behaviors, explaining that the spectators had previously contented themselves with kissing or hugging him.
A few days earlier, in the show “Complément d’enquête” broadcast on France 2, the artist had defended himself by claiming he had done nothing and was a victim of a spectator’s behavior. The TV presenter, who is expected to be questioned by the justice system at the end of April, denounced what he considers “a big media scam.”
