So, it happens that in the morning, she starts the day with a fresh fruit juice made in a juicer. She particularly enjoys the blend “pear, carrot, apple, ginger“.

For lunch, she opts for “a luzerne salad with bean sprouts, radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, accompanied by two slices of dark rye bread with mashed avocado on top (it’s good fat)“.

If she feels a little hungry around 4pm, she indulges in a organic soy yogurt.

Finally, her slimming secret lies in her evening meal. “If you want to be careful, don’t eat after 5pm-6pm“, she explained before continuing: “I finish a day of ‘being careful’ with a soup and 60g of whole rice. Or quinoa“.

For those who go beyond 6pm, she recommends only drinking soup. “Here, you will never gain weight“, assured the singer.

Lastly, Lara Fabian allows herself “plenty of herbal teas. Lemon ginger, chocolate-chili, the yogi… With Algarve if you need a little sugar“.

The star’s intermittent fasting technique would be the most effective

As can be seen in Lara Fabian’s description, it is noted that the interpreter of Je t’aime opts for a slightly less popular version of intermittent fasting.
