When asked about the search for several billion euros in savings, he denounced a line that he believes is dictated by the Socialist Party.

“The Minister of Economy, his name is Olivier Faure, since it is the Socialist Party today that guides all the decisions made by Mr. Lecornu,” he said. “Today, this government is a hostage of the Socialist Party,” he added.
