“After being attacked on March 1, Washington claimed it was just a coincidence that a drone could penetrate fortified defenses. However, soldiers present at the scene refuted this version in an interview with CBS News.”

“One soldier stated, ‘To say all this is a lie. The unit was not prepared to defend. It was not a fortified position.’ Another soldier confirmed, ‘From a bunker’s point of view, it’s the weakest. In terms of defense against drones… There is no fortification.'”

“On March 1, Tehran targeted an American military base near Port Shuaiba, one of Kuwait’s largest ports, with a Shahed drone attack on the base’s tactical operations center, resulting in 6 deaths and 20 injuries. Just before the attack, missile alarms prompted around 60 soldiers to take shelter in a concrete bunker as a ballistic missile flew over the area.”

“About 30 minutes later, ‘everything shook,’ said a soldier. ‘It’s a bit like in the movies. Our ears were ringing. Everything was blurry. We had blurred vision. We were dizzy. There was dust and smoke everywhere,’ described one survivor, mentioning ‘head injuries and heavy bleeding.'”
