It’s the fifth season for La Scènette! (Association Accord Des Muses) Little by little, the place establishes itself in the cultural landscape of Bouriane and even Lot and neighboring departments. This year, it’s the group “Bushwick Mountain Boys”, an American traditional music that opens the 2026 season! The group brings together four musicians from the New York scene, united by their passion for the sound of Bluegrass music pioneers. “Bushwick Mountain Boys” is a French group that has been touring in the United States for two years, meeting great enthusiasm from the audience. Their sound, unheard of in France, tells the story of the American Appalachian Mountains. It’s music made of polyphonies and virtuoso instrumental solos, high-energy and generous. Their show appeals to both novice ears, from seven to seventy-seven years old, as well as to the more knowledgeable who are excited about the exceptional musical quality of the band. The group consists of: Ellery Marshall (banjo/voice); César Moreno (bluegrass mandolin/voice); Aidan Kerber (guitar/voice); Shane McGeehan (bass/voice).
