On Friday, The New Me, a pilates reformer studio, opened its doors at number 1 of Pelletiers Alley, in Strasbourg.
Pilates reformer in Strasbourg: a gentle but intense sport Pilates reformer is a version of pilates practiced on a machine with springs and pulleys, which allows to work the body gently while strengthening the muscles deeply.
“We can adjust the resistance and therefore the intensity of the exercises, this works much more deeply and intensely, while respecting the body and individual difficulties,” explains Judith, the studio manager.
Price of classes: no subscription, but a la carte formulas The studio offers “collective classes of maximum 12 people”, always supervised by a certified coach. Sessions are organized seven days a week, at different times of the day, from morning to evening.
Here, no subscription: clients pay per session or via multi-class cards. The single class is priced at 35 euros, with decreasing rates for 5, 10, 20 or 50 session cards. A discovery offer is currently available at 75 euros for three classes.
Café, matcha, ube: a friendly space in addition to sports In addition to classes, The New Me has a café area, with latte, matcha, and ube, a sweet drink made from purple yam.
“There is also a small shop corner where we sell face care, the matcha we serve, beauty products, or accessories,” says Judith.
