The Iranian armed forces rejected Donald Trump’s new ultimatum on Saturday demanding the blocking of the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, calling his threats to “unleash hells” on Iran “stupid.”
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced on Saturday that they had targeted an Israeli naval ship in the Strait of Hormuz using a drone. The ship, identified as the MSC Ishyka, caught fire due to the attack.
Five people were killed in Israeli-American strikes on a petrochemical site in southwest Iran, according to a senior Iranian official.

Israel issued a call this Saturday evening for residents in an area near the Al-Masnaa border crossing between Syria and Lebanon to evacuate, stating that the site was being used by the Lebanese Islamist movement, Hezbollah, an ally of Tehran.
“Due to the use of the Al-Masnaa border crossing by Hezbollah for military purposes and the transfer of combat equipment, the Israeli army plans to strike this site in the near future,” said Colonel Avichay Adraee, an Arabic-language spokesperson for the army.
He urged “all individuals” near the border crossing to “evacuate immediately.”
