And Jeremstar continues to do as he pleases, despite his detractors. He has even won a significant sum through his legal proceedings! And now he is back in court, this time for a cause that is close to his heart. Last September, Jeremstar was taken into custody after interrupting a bullfight in Nîmes. This action was carried out in the name of the association Peta and with a clear message: “F*ck bullfighting”. A slogan repeated this Friday, April 3, before heading to his trial.

As reported by ICI media, Jeremstar was judged along with four other defendants, accused of interrupting a sports competition. “It’s so symbolic, I feel like crying with emotion,” he said on camera in a video posted on his Instagram account. The influencer had managed to gather an impressive crowd outside the courthouse, including unexpected support from Rémi Gaillard, who had embarked on a surprising conversion. Jeremstar remained faithful to his positions, loudly criticizing bullfights as “traditions worthy of the Middle Ages”. Among those present were fans of Jeremstar and opponents of bullfighting.
But there were also pro-bullfighting individuals determined to make their voices heard. One person even directly confronted Jeremstar in a video. “You come to disrupt our art, our passion!” she reproached him. This led the influencer to react strongly, “Your passion is to kill animals?! That’s not a passion, it’s murder!” He also clashed with Frederique des Anges, an animal lover, who questioned the pro-bullfighting individuals. Despite the heated exchanges, Jeremstar appeared unfazed.

Many Instagram users praised Jeremstar’s action against bullfighting. Comments such as “Every life is precious, torture should not be tolerated,” “Thank you for everything you do,” and “Thank you for using your fame for noble causes like animal rights” were seen. In terms of consequences, Jeremstar faced up to one year in prison and a €15,000 fine for his action against the bullfight in Nîmes.
Ultimately, the prosecutor only asked for fines ranging from €5,000 to €6,000 against Jeremstar and two other defendants. The court will deliberate and announce its decision on Tuesday, June 9, at 1:30 p.m. Jeremstar has indicated that he reserves the right to appeal. This is a case to follow.
