Netflix has just released the trailer for “Swapped,” its new animated film that combines elements of “Freaky Friday” and “The Iron Giant.” Michael B. The story revolves around a small furry creature who finds itself trapped in the body of a bird against its will. The two animals stumble upon a mystical plant and must now work together if they want to regain their original forms. “Swapped” is the result of a significant acquisition for Skydance Media. In February 2018, the studio signed a multi-year deal with Nathan Greno. The director of “Tangled” reunited with John Lasseter, the former head of creative at Pixar and Walt Disney Studio. Tim Mertens, the editor of “Wreck-It Ralph,” also joined the project.
