The INELYS group continues its development and strengthens its international positioning with the acquisition of the Parisian firm FIDAG, a recognized specialist in supporting French subsidiaries of foreign groups. Finalized in December 2025, the operation marks a significant step for the Lyon-based group, confirming its ambition to become a leading player for companies operating in multicultural and multi-regulatory environments.

With a turnover of 4 million euros and 40 employees, FIDAG has established itself as a key player among international clients. As a member of the global GGI network, the firm exclusively assists French subsidiaries of foreign groups, providing comprehensive support in accounting, tax, and social aspects.

Their teams understand the specific challenges associated with coordination with foreign parent companies, as well as compliance requirements specific to international structures.

“The integration of FIDAG represents a real opportunity for the Group. Their expertise with international subsidiaries enriches our know-how and strengthens our ambition to support companies of all sizes, including in demanding international contexts,” highlighted Nicolas Priest, CEO of INELYS.

The acquisition is accompanied by the arrival of two new partners within the INELYS group:

– Carole-Hong Tran, an accounting expert, statutory auditor, and holder of the ACCA international diploma. – Emilio Capuzzi, an accounting expert and holder of a certified public accountant diploma in Italy.

Both will continue the development of international activities within the group.

“Joining INELYS allows us to give our firm a new dimension while ensuring the continuity of established relationships with our clients and the transfer of expertise and values that have built FIDAG’s reputation,” declare Carole-Hong Tran and Emilio Capuzzi.

A sustained growth dynamic and strengthened international outreach

This operation is part of INELYS’s development strategy, based on the complementarity of expertise, the quality of support, and a long-term entrepreneurial vision. The group aims to continue strengthening its territorial network while structuring specialized centers of excellence.

The integration of FIDAG is a major strategic lever: it allows INELYS to consolidate its expertise with foreign group subsidiaries and accelerate its expansion into international markets.

“This external growth fully aligns with INELYS’s ambition to gradually structure a presence beyond French borders, especially in neighboring countries,” explains Nicolas Priest.

With this acquisition, the group positions itself as a preferred partner for foreign companies established in France, as well as for French companies looking to expand internationally.
