The government launches aid in response to rising fuel prices. In France, with fuel prices on the rise for a month, the government has unveiled initial measures to assist certain sectors: an aid of 20 cents per liter of fuel in April for fishermen, SMEs, and VSEs, and an exemption from tax on non-road diesel (GNR) for agriculture. The total cost of these aids is estimated at several tens of millions of euros.

End of the war within two weeks? US Secretary of State Marco Rubio indicated this Friday that the United States anticipates the end of operations in Iran within “the next two weeks”, specifying that his country could still achieve its objectives without troops on the ground. The G7 Foreign Ministers, meeting near Paris, called on Friday for an “immediate halt to attacks against populations and civilian infrastructure in the Middle East.”
