President Trump Postpones Ultimatum to Iran

President Donald Trump has once again postponed the ultimatum he had set for Tehran, stating that discussions were going “very well” despite apparent distrust from the Islamic Republic towards his plan to end the war.

For nearly four weeks, the war in the Middle East has escalated and caused oil prices to soar, with Iran showing no signs of backing down while Washington seeks a diplomatic solution.

In Israel, the opposition has criticized the handling of the war, with leader Ya’ir Lapid denouncing the lack of strategy and inadequate troops involved in the conflict.

Despite ongoing military operations, diplomatic efforts have been made by the United States this week to achieve a ceasefire between the parties involved.

“Good People”

President Trump revealed that Iran allowed the passage of ten ships through the Strait of Hormuz, indicating that negotiations were going well with the Iranian administration.

The Gulf States, frequently targeted due to their energy infrastructure and American interests, have expressed interest in participating in the negotiation process to enhance their security and stability.

In the midst of these discussions, Israel continues its military operations and targeted assassinations of key Iranian officials.

Most recently, the chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s navy, Alireza Tangsiri, was assassinated by Israel, accused of being directly responsible for mining and blocking the Strait of Hormuz.

Meanwhile, Iran has yet to confirm this information as tensions in the region remain high.

Israel has also faced attacks, with one person killed on Thursday in northern Israel as a result of gunfire from neighboring Lebanon.

The Israeli military is making slow progress in the border area between the two countries, with sources reporting a significant number of casualties and displaced persons due to Israeli strikes.
