In December last year, our teams came to meet you at La Défense station to discuss passenger flow management. You were many to stop by, ask questions, and share your feelings about peak hour traffic jams, platform congestion, and connections with RER A, metro line 1, and T2.
We understand that navigating La Défense station is not always easy.
That’s why, based on your feedback, we are working on a system aimed at rethinking flow management with a clear goal: to improve your daily travel comfort.
On Tuesday, March 17, we launched a trial of queue management at La Défense station. This type of system is not new. It was previously implemented during the Olympics and the Covid period to ensure everyone’s safety. Today, we are exploring how to adapt it to your daily life. This is just one of the ongoing experimental initiatives.
This is not intended to be implemented immediately; it’s a test to measure what works and what doesn’t.
Feel free to ask questions or leave feedback in the comments. Every testimonial, positive or negative, helps us make the right decisions for the future.
