This internship extends well beyond the practice of female self-defense. It is a unique stay for transmission, sharing, and reconnection with oneself, to regain confidence and fully awaken feminine power.

Just an hour from Paris, La Canopée de Mareil is an eco-designed wooden house, exclusively privatized for the internship. A place designed to reconnect with nature, slow down, and share precious moments in a warm and exclusively female atmosphere.

Program of the internship

This multi-day event allows for a deeper understanding of female self-defense through the transmission of essential keys that can only be discussed in the context of a workshop.

Total of 18 hours of practice divided between morning and evening to:

  • Improve your female self-defense skills and discover the hidden principles behind the taught techniques.
  • Initiate yourself to the handling of weapons (through Kali Eskrima) to develop your reflexes, power, and be ready for any eventuality.
  • Discover gentle practices that will awaken your perceptions while cultivating your well-being on a daily basis: meditation, Qi-gong, breathing through feminine yoga (Pranayama)…

Outside of the internship, free time is provided to enjoy the surroundings (optional):
