Paris La Défense Arena will be hosting ten concerts by Céline Dion, with 30,000 seats available for each show. The CEO of Europe’s largest indoor venue announced that the arena will be reconfigured to accommodate the famous singer. Originally planned as part of her Courage World Tour, the concert had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic and ongoing health issues.

The arena, located in Nanterre near Paris, normally has a capacity of around 40,000 seats, as seen during Taylor Swift’s shows in 2024. However, for Céline Dion’s residency, the standing area will be converted into a seated one, reducing the total capacity to approximately 30,000 seats per night.

Additional dates following those scheduled between September and October are uncertain, as the CEO mentioned existing commitments. He emphasized the importance of purchasing tickets through official channels to avoid scams and warned of legal action against fraudulent activities.

Before the general ticket sales start on April 10th, three pre-sales events will take place from Tuesday to Thursday, with several million people worldwide entering a lottery for a chance to attend. Paris La Défense Arena, inaugurated in 2017 with a concert by The Rolling Stones, has become a prominent venue for global events. Owned by Jacky Lorenzetti’s family holding company, the arena is currently undergoing an acquisition process by Live Nation, pending approval from the competition authority.
