However, in practice, the observation remains the same every day: the rules are still too often ignored or adapted in a bizarre manner, as if each decision depended on a cosmic cycle or the influence of a distant galaxy.

The absence of a framework, or the non-compliance with the existing one, leads to unjust decisions, sometimes arbitrary and often misunderstood, causing difficulties for the establishment and the agents, generating frustration and tensions.
The degradation mode, which should remain an exceptional operation, has become a rule that agents experience daily. It must be respected by everyone, all the time, regardless of rank, chest color, or wind direction. It protects against arbitrariness, provides an identified operating framework, and serves as a support for everyone to know what to do and how to do it, even in difficult situations.
The UFAP UNS Justice of the VLM CP demands the publication of a clear memorandum and a uniform framework for the management of medical extractions.
