The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in France released a press release accusing the United States and Israel of conducting an illegal and illegitimate aggression against Iranian territory.

According to the statement, tensions increased as an ultimatum targeting Iranian infrastructure was approaching, allegedly attributed to President Donald Trump. Iran warned of the consequences of such actions, stating that it would result in a firm and comprehensive response.

The Iranian Embassy claimed that American-Israeli attacks targeted several civilian infrastructures, including the Sharif Industrial University, residential areas in Qom, Shahriar, and Tehran, resulting in casualties and destruction of homes.

The document also mentioned attacks on healthcare facilities, resulting in casualties among healthcare workers. The death of Avanès Simonian, described as the first Iranian Christian martyr, was highlighted as a symbol of Iranian unity in defense of their homeland.

Several Iranian officials publicly denounced the escalating situation. Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, President of the Iranian Parliament, accused the U.S. of following Israeli orders and emphasized the importance of respecting the rights of the Iranian people.

The Iranian Vice President criticized attacks on educational institutions and emphasized that Iranian knowledge cannot be destroyed by bombs. The Iranian Atomic Energy Organization condemned strikes on water-related facilities as a crime against science, health, and human progress.

The press release detailed the significant human toll, including casualties in the education sector and damage to cultural heritage sites. The Iranian military claimed to have intercepted drones and missiles, while also retaliating against American and Israeli military targets.

Additionally, the Iranian Navy warned that unauthorized ships entering the Strait of Hormuz would face immediate consequences. The statement also mentioned the death of General Seyyed Majid Khademi in combat and called for diplomatic solutions amidst mounting concerns over escalating hostilities.

These events unfolded following an offensive by Israel and the United States against Iran, resulting in casualties, infrastructure damage, disruption of global markets, and repercussions on air traffic.
