The Golf&Echo are facing the Muret team who are close behind, while Montauban could extend their lead over their opponents this evening.

FC Deux Rives 82-AS Muret will play at Golfech (Paul Lafont stadium) on Saturday at 6 pm. Refereed by Mr. Jean-Pierre Pereira, assisted by Mr. Farik Touaref and Tanju Ozturk. Deux Rives suffered their first defeat of the season last weekend against Union Saint-Jean with a score of 1-2, losing their lead and unbeaten status. Despite this, they are just two points away from the top spot with 36 points and a third-place ranking, making this end of the season both interesting and exciting.

Deux Rives must find success again against the well-placed Muret team (5th, 30 points), who are on a remarkable 7-game undefeated streak. Though Deux Rives won the first match (2-1), coach Kevin Smolarczyk acknowledges Muret’s strength: “Muret left a strong impression in the first match. They are a solid team that must be taken seriously.” Two key absences for Deux Rives are John Peter Calixte (suspended) and Anthony Labadie (ill).

US Castanet-MFC/TG will face off at Castanet-Tolosan (Lautard sports complex; synthetic field) on Saturday at 6:30 pm. Refereed by Mr. Romain Canal, assisted by Mr. Bastien Sjoberg and Aurélien Fresnel. Castanet-MFC (6th, 27 points) have shown defensive strength in their recent matches, while Castanet is in 9th place with 24 points. The Montauban coach, Stéphane Jacquot, believes his team deserved better in their last match and hopes to continue their recent good form. Three players are sidelined, but Milan Calmels Button returns from suspension.
