Florent Manaudou, accompanied by dancer Elsa Bois, made an appearance at the Ami brand event in Paris on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
Several former contestants from past seasons of “Dancing with the Stars” returned to the stage on Friday, March 27. Among them were Elsa Bois and Florent Manaudou, who had met during the previous edition. “Were you in touch a bit?” asked the host, Camille Combal. “A little bit? We trained together,” joked Florent Manaudou.
Rumors about their relationship have been circulating since their appearance on the show. They officially made their first public appearance together on Thursday, January 22, at the Ami fashion show. Upon watching footage of their first encounter, Florent Manaudou admitted, “I wasn’t very comfortable, you can see it a little,” as reported by TV Magazine.
“I was going through a difficult period last year when I started because I had competed in the 2024 Olympics and then I went through a big depression for a few months. When I joined ‘DALS’, it helped me get out of that depression because I could express myself without necessarily using words,” the swimmer revealed. He added, “Elsa brought me a lot of lightness and helped me to be more patient and gentle with myself.”
On her part, Elsa Bois stated, “It was my best season. I experienced the most beautiful emotions I have ever felt in my life. ‘DALS’ allowed me to meet you and it happened naturally. It was easy.” Florent Manaudou chimed in, “And pleasant.”
In front of the camera, he emphasized, “We are very happy today.” The dancer affirmed, “I am very happy for the impact you have on my life, even today and for the years to come.” Her partner added, “Thank you, ‘Dancing with the Stars’ has changed my life forever and it’s true, we know it.”
Their return to the stage of their first encounter was also an opportunity to revisit their iconic choreography on the song from “Dirty Dancing”, which they had performed on their first and last show a year ago.
