The iconic hotel in the heart of the famous Carré d’Or announces the return of its exclusive 2026 Easter Brunch on April 5, 2026. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the legendary Grand Prix circuit, the hotel offers a unique Easter experience combining gourmet cuisine, family entertainment, and moments of conviviality for all.
A gastronomic menu for a spring brunch will be served on the magnificent panoramic rooftop, blending Easter traditions with a contemporary touch. Highlights include Easter lamb, a refined seafood bar, and a wide selection of fresh, seasonal salads.
Pastry chef Fabrice Didier and his team will offer an exceptional selection of artisanal desserts, culminating with an impressive chocolate bar sure to delight both young and old.
There will be live music and activities like egg hunts and creative workshops for children, ensuring a complete and playful experience for all.
Fairmont Monte Carlo will also offer an exclusive collection of artisanal chocolate eggs by Fabrice Didier from March 23 to April 12, 2026. The collection includes Mendicant Egg, Molten Egg, and Golden Vibrato Egg, all handmade with dark chocolate.

The spring gastronomic season continues with the reopening of Nobu Monte Carlo on March 5, 2026. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa offers a spring Omakase menu based on seasonal products, featuring iconic classics like Yellowtail Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso.
Nobu Monte Carlo’s hours are Thursday to Monday, from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Omakase prices range from 135 euros for the Signature menu to 175 euros for Monte Carlo. Signature Nobu cocktails start at 27 euros.
