It is one of the most scandalous cases in the history of American entertainment. In 2007, an intimate video involving Kim Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Ray J, a known actor for his role in the 90s sitcom Moesha, was leaked online. Ray J counterattacks and crosses a line

But it was in May and September 2025 that the situation truly escalated. On TMZ and then on Twitch, Ray J went much further, comparing the presumed behavior of Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner to that of Diddy, currently facing serious criminal charges, and mentioning the RICO law, a US legislative arsenal used against organized crime. Plaintiff for defamation and legal response
In October 2025, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner filed a defamation lawsuit against the former singer. This Tuesday, March 10th, they took a new step by responding for the first time to the allegations in official legal statements deposited in the Los Angeles court. According to People Magazine, which was able to consult these documents, the two women categorically refute the accusations made against them. Kim Kardashian claims to have incurred considerable expenses in defending herself: therapy, legal advisors, crisis communication… She strongly denies any involvement in a conspiracy: “His claim that I conspired with my mother and others to leak a sexual video, deceive the public, and file a ‘fake’ lawsuit to ‘create buzz’ is a lie.”
For her part, Kris Jenner denies playing any role in this affair, calling the allegations “completely false.” The clan mother goes further, describing the devastating emotional impact that these accusations have had on her: “The idea that I orchestrated or produced sexual videos involving my daughter is not only completely false, but also deeply offensive and actionable, and has haunted me for decades.” She confesses to being “absolutely distraught, torn apart, and devastated” by seeing her daughter, who is reportedly dating Lewis Hamilton, exposed in this way to the world.
