This Sunday marked the broadcast of a new episode of Big Brother Canada, which put an end to the barricade that had caused chaos in the house of alliances and betrayals.
After an emotional rollercoaster, which ultimately proved fatal for Mona from Grenoble, much to the dismay of the viewers, Olympian FÉlix Dolci was elected as the new head of the house. How will the remaining players fare under the leadership of the athlete for the second time this season?
The detail that caught our attention came during the “armchair managers” segment, with the announcement of the week’s scoop.
In fact, the Champions’ Era, where the last players from the previous two seasons would compete in a revamped version of the game filled with physical, social, and mental challenges, will not happen. For the 6th season of the reality show, the production will do things slightly differently by removing this twist and introducing a new one: accelerated weeks.
Starting next Sunday, the adventure will be accelerated, and players will face 3 distinct game cycles. What does this mean in practice? Essentially, the players will have less time to prepare their strategies and will face eliminations in the middle of the week, even if it’s not an elimination night hosted by Marie-Mai.
In short, players must win at all costs to stay in the adventure and must constantly be on the lookout. It is clear that the intensity of the game will be ramped up during the last three weeks of the season!
Big Brother Canada airs Monday to Thursday at 7:30 PM and on Sundays at 6:30 PM on Noovo.
