Lara Fabian: who is Gabriel Di Giorgio, the mysterious husband of The Voice coach?

After sharing her life with Rick Allison for five years, Lara Fabian had a highly publicized romance with Patrick Fiori. She then found happiness with Jean-Féli. Before meeting Gérard Pullicino, father of her daughter Lou, born in 2007. They met in 2012 in Acireale, Sicily, Lara’s mother’s hometown. Lara was working as a vocal coach for the musical “Casanova.” “He looks at me but doesn’t say a word. That day, I am a washed-out version of myself: not styled, not made up, and not really dressed to my advantage,” she recalled to Paris Match in 2019. “Yet… I will later learn that in just one look, Gabriel is certain: I am the woman of his life!” She was 42 at the time, and he was 29.

They got to know each other, and a few months after their meeting, Lara and Gabriel finally confessed their love. And no waiting around: in June 2013, they got married in complete privacy. “It was like an obvious choice,” revealed the interpreter of “Je t’aime.” “To celebrate this union, Gabriel gave me a shining hematite. Since then, I always keep it with me. It’s my good luck charm. This stone reminds me that I am loved. Infinitely. A Sicilian loves his wife in a sacred way and overprotects her. Thanks to Gabriel, I believe in love again.”

Gabriel immediately hit it off with Lou, the singer’s daughter: “They immediately had an incredible connection, as if they had been linked in another life.” They did not have children together. In 2017, Lara became pregnant but “my baby had no heartbeat,” she revealed in a 2020 documentary broadcast in Quebec.

Gabriel is a bit of a perfect combo. A loving and protective husband, he accompanies Lara in all her professional adventures. “I am lucky to have an extremely present husband. His family comes first. He brings me incredible support,” she confided. Despite their age difference, Lara feels perfectly fulfilled. “I feel very good in my body. Age is just a number.”

In January 2025, on the TV show “La Boîte à secrets” on France 3, the discreet Gabriel did not hesitate to declare his love for Lara through a letter: “Thank you, my love, for being this incredible woman, this perfect mother, this pillar of our life. I am so proud of you, of everything you have accomplished, and I want you to know that, no matter what happens, I will always be by your side. Your friend, your love, your support, your refuge. I love you, Lara.” These words touched the singer deeply, who responded in tears: “I am so lucky to be the wife of this angel. You can’t imagine. He is the pillar of this family.”

And the magic in all of this? Being married to a magician allowed Lara Fabian to “see another facet of appearances and especially to see that sometimes an appearance can create amazement, joy, and reconnect us to our inner child rather than simply being a facade,” she explained in 2024. And let it be clear, “I am one of those magician’s wives who do not want to know the trick. Because also, I am married to an engineer magician, someone who conceives the engineering behind the trick we see. So he doesn’t just execute it, he designs it.” At their home, there is a laboratory-workshop where he creates his tricks – which he also sells to other magicians.
