A film of animation on the life of Leonardo da Vinci was projected at the Concorde.

The animated film “Leo, the fabulous story of Leonardo da Vinci”, presented on Wednesday, April 8 at 2:30 pm by the municipality, specifically by the cultural and events service led by Clément Boissier, fulfilled its role at the Concorde cinema made available to the organizers by the theater managers. Few people, adults and children, were present possibly due to the nice weather that encouraged a walk rather than a movie session. But those present were able to witness a spectacle that opens a session on the emerging Renaissance, a time when artists, scientists, kings, and queens were inventing a new world.

Among them, a curious character spends his days drawing strange machines and exploring the wildest ideas. It is Leonardo da Vinci, an Italian artist, but also a huge genius. The film primarily aimed at children. However, the adults were far from bored. The well-crafted animated film managed to capture the attention of everyone on the brilliant artist Leonardo da Vinci who, one can say, touched everything with immense talent, earning him worldwide renown. This great initiator of the Second Renaissance was interested in all branches of art and science, as evidenced by his writings and his astonishing sketchbooks. So it is not surprising that during tea time, 5 and a half year old Marie said, “This man made a lot of things.” And a lady of the third age said, “I really liked this movie, and if I had the chance, I would watch it again because I was so enthusiastic.”

A theater piece entitled “The Childhood of a Genius” will be presented on Friday, April 17 at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm, in the Paris hall. An opportunity to get better acquainted with the genius Leonardo da Vinci.
