Mélanie Thierry is busy with film projects. Starring in David Roux’s film “La Femme de,” from this Wednesday, she will also be in the cast of the comedy “What is Love?” in May, alongside Laure Calamy and Vincent Macaigne. A career on screen that she balances with a fulfilling family life for several years now. At 44, the actress is a mother of three sons, born from her relationship with singer Raphaël, with whom she seems very close. “Roman will be voting next year, I can’t even believe it! Aliocha is 12, and the youngest is 1. They exude happiness, don’t they? Objectively, aren’t they beautiful?” she confides in Elle magazine.

When asked if there is a show she wouldn’t be suspected of liking, she jokes: “I love ‘Four Weddings and a Honeymoon.’ It’s our guilty pleasure with one of my sons. We always feel like my wedding was much better, that it deserved super grades.” When questioned about what she would save first in case of a fire, she replies: “It’s silly, but I think I’m still attached to all my family photo books. Mine, when I was little. Those photos like that, like an original, where you know that if it’s lost, it won’t be found again on a USB drive or somewhere else. Then all the more recent ones, where I have my children and the years where we see them grow. I think it’s precious.”
