At the same time, her former partner allegedly used her credit card without her knowledge, making numerous payments. Gradually, the money from the sale of her apartment disappeared, almost entirely. In the final years of her life, Loana had settled in Nice, her hometown. After being hosted by her mother, she lived in a two-room apartment where the rent was covered by the producer Alexia Laroche-Joubert. This stark contrast alone speaks volumes about the flip side of her fame.
