The ADMR (Aide à domicile en milieu rural) Luy et Gabas held its general assembly, in the presence of many elected officials, partners, employees, and local stakeholders.

The president, Véronique Pommies, opened the session by thanking all the participants, before Joël Segot, mayor of Morlaàs, acknowledged “the essential role of the association in the region” and reaffirmed “his commitment to its missions.”

The president also welcomed the new elected officials, expressing her wish for “fruitful collaboration,” and thanked Isabelle Lahore, councilor, for her presence.

In a financially constrained context marked by budgetary tensions for both the association and its partners, Véronique Pommies was determined to display optimism. She emphasized the importance of collective work to advance projects and improve the quality of services: “Supporting the elderly, people with reduced autonomy, or disabilities at home remains a major challenge for the region.”

The year 2025 was marked by several significant developments: the creation of a mixed home autonomy service (SAD), the launch of the ADMR Club, and the implementation of innovative approaches such as the personalized support plan (PAP), allowing better coordination between medical, paramedical, educational, and social stakeholders. The professionalization of teams also continued through a strengthened training program.

The president praised “the commitment and open-mindedness” of the board of directors of the SSIAD de Morlaàs and the ADMR Luy et Gabas, especially in the creation of the mixed autonomy service and the signing of a transitional agreement, a step towards the formation of a unique legal entity. Christophe Blanc, director of SSIAD, and Virginie Etchebarne, sector manager, were particularly involved in the development of the specifications for this future care and support service.

Virginie Etchebarne presented the activity report, mentioning a slight decrease compared to 2024. Employees also shared the actions carried out throughout the year. The general assembly concluded with a refreshment break, a moment of appreciated exchange.
