The Southeast Iowa Agricultural Research Association will host its annual meeting on Thursday, March 5, at the Southeast Research and Demonstration Farm in Crawfordsville. The event, in collaboration with Iowa State University, will cover various topics related to agriculture. Alison Robertson, Erin Hodgson, and Karl Kerns from Iowa State University will speak on crop disease management, rootworms, and artificial intelligence in agriculture, respectively. Attendees will also receive updates from the local research farm and Iowa State campus. Registration and refreshments will start at 9:30 a.m., with the meeting running from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided for association members and offered at $10 for non-members. Membership dues are $25 for five years and can be paid in advance or at the meeting. Pre-registration by March 2 is encouraged but not mandatory.
