The “Agir pour Pinsac” list led by outgoing mayor Régis Villepontoux presents its 17 candidates and program for the upcoming term. Régis Villepontoux specifies: “With these 6 years in office, I have the honor to present myself to you with a new list for Pinsac. It consists of 6 incumbent elected officials and 11 new ones. Our common goal: continue the work initiated, act together in favor of the dynamism, attractiveness of our municipality, and the safety of our fellow citizens.” He adds: “It is a diverse, experienced, and competent list that values youth (average age: 48 years). All socio-professional categories are represented: artisans, shopkeepers, freelancers, 3 farmers, private and public sector employees.” The incumbent officials then discuss the progress made during these 6 years in service to the municipality: “To know where we want to go, it seems essential to understand where we come from; this assessment reflects a collective effort made in a demanding context; it also shows the daily commitment of our 10 municipal employees.” We present an honest, modest, and pragmatic assessment. Many projects remain to be initiated and completed. This assessment shows that financially, despite very significant investments, the municipality maintains a sufficient budget margin to invest for the future. The municipality’s debt per capita has been divided by 6 during the term (€70 per inhabitant expected in 2026), and we have maintained the local tax rates. If the citizens of Pinsac trust our team, we will continue the work undertaken and the planned projects. Our program is quantified and realistic; it focuses on 4 themes that we will be pleased to detail during the public meeting on March 6 at 7 pm at the Roger Vitrac space: Reinventing our spaces to better come together; protecting the wealth of our land; priority given to childhood and youth (schools); a protective and supportive village that supports its associations. The strength of our team lies in the motivation of those who compose it, combined with the experience gained. On March 15, let’s choose responsibility, continuity, and the future.
