Marine and Helena Shine in the “Ballade des Enfoirés” Concert
It was hard to miss, like a sore thumb. This past Friday, February 27, TF1 aired the grand concert of the Enfoirés 2026. The show titled “La Ballade des Enfoirés” gave a special place to the Star Academy. An obvious choice that delighted a vast majority of viewers.
The 2026 edition featured a diverse cast. The Enfoirés group welcomed several new recruits this year, including soccer player Ousmane Dembélé, YouTubers McFly and Carlito, TV host and comedian Jarry, as well as Marine, winner of Star Academy season 12, and Helena, a contestant from season 11. The two young women sang alongside Zazie, M Pokora, Florent Pagny, Vitaa, and Patrick Bruel throughout the evening.
Marine and Helena were prominently featured. The two former students of the Dammarie-les-Lys castle participated in numerous performances, sang several songs, had solo moments, and took part in backstage and skits. This level of involvement is not common for all the Enfoirés, who, despite being 55 performers, including veterans like Gérard Jugnot, Vianney, and Patrick Bruel.
Many internet users praised the charisma of Helena with comments like “Helena and Marine, sheer madness”, “Marine – what a star, I am so proud of her”, and “Helena takes the spotlight, she’s the queen”. This positive outpouring of support was evident on social media.
Also featured were various songs such as “Les filles, les meufs” by Marguerite, a former Star Academy contestant, and “Mauvais garçon” by Helena. Interestingly, Helena did not sing in this particular performance, following the Enfoirés’ rule that a star shouldn’t perform their own songs live. Instead, she participated in choreography. Charlotte Cardin’s “Feel Good” and Helena’s rendition of “Vole” were also part of the lineup.
Interestingly, on the same Friday, February 27, the 2025-2026 Star Academy promotion started its tour at the Arena in Reims. Over sixty dates are scheduled until June.
Last year, Pierre Garnier, the winner of Star Academy 11 who rose to stardom, had the spotlight at the 2025 Enfoirés concert. However, he couldn’t participate this year due to prior commitments. Who will join the troupe next year, Ambre and Léa?
