Prefectural ban order as part of the 2026 music festival

A prefectural order was issued as part of the music festival in order to avoid disturbances to public order.

This prefectural decree temporarily regulates the distribution and retail sale of fireworks, fuel, gas bottles, all flammable or chemical products and take-away sales as well as the consumption of alcohol on public roads.

It comes into force from Saturday June 20, 2026, 6 a.m. to Monday June 22, 2026, 8 a.m.

Are prohibited:

• Fireworks: the acquisition, transfer, sale, carrying and transport and use of fireworks of categories F2 and F3, pyrotechnic articles of category T2 and P2 as well as any device for launching these products.

• Fuels, gas bottles, all flammable or chemical products: the distribution, transport, sale and purchase of fuels and all flammable or chemical products in transportable containers as well as the distribution, sale and purchase of gas bottles are prohibited.

• The take-out sale of alcohol from groups 3 to 5, within temporary drinking establishments as well as any consumption of alcohol on public roads.

Any violation of the provisions of this decree will be noted and prosecuted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
