The schoolchildren were divided into several groups which alternated in the five workshops set up: introduction to dubbing, visit to the projection booth, production, film analysis and finally green screen workshop. Each group thus, for twenty-five to thirty minutes, discovered different aspects of cinema and behind the scenes on the theme “The school of the future”. Through their reflections, their imaginations and their achievements, the children were led to question the future of the school, their place in the world of tomorrow and the evolution of the territory.

The children easily took to the game and were delighted with these new experiences. “It’s great!”, “we learned a lot of things”, “I had a lot of fun”, “I didn’t think that’s all that cinema was”, etc. All these young apprentice actors had similar words at the end of the workshops.

At the end of the morning, the schoolchildren met in the theater for a screening of their film made during these sessions and the screening of several short films shot by these same children in their school during the previous weeks. A great opportunity to discover how young generations view the future.
